Good spring for them. Early evening in Agassiz last Wednesday I saw a flock of 17 flying parallel to the road.

I checked out the field on Marsh-McCormack on Sunday morning and there are still around 200+ there feeding on the back third or half way. It is quite distant, made me wish for a scope, 200-500mm lens not quite good enough. I watched them for about 45 minutes, some took off and flew and circled back to land in the same area twice. Well they were flying and landing on the sandbar on the Fraser adjacent to the entrance gate, that was yesterday though.
