What time was it there? Did it leave? I'm thinking of checking at lunch...

This was a 8:30 am. There was a backhoe levelling the foreshore around the lagoon. The shorebirds would fly around for a few minutes when the backhoe went by. There were Westerns, Least, Killdeer and Spotted Sandpipers.

Thanks Ed. I regret my choice to go to Cheam Lake yesterday morning (instead of Harrison) It's about optimum time for finding a Surfbird though

Surfbird! 🤔 Harrison is sure hit and miss, too many dogs.
