098 by henry wall, on Flickr Dave 2 things according my research the Nashville Warbler has 2 white wing bars & and yellow patch of feathers under the tail feathers . These 2 features are not on the Cassin`s Vireo that Randy posted.

Nashville Warbler does not have white wing bars. And the interesting feature in the first photo is the white eye ring extending to the bill, which suggests Cassin's Vireo.
