John, Joel, Larry and I found a Loggerhead Shrike at the East end of the runway(morning) May 9

We saw it at Hope Airport. At the time, we couldn't tell which shrike it was, as the bird was way out in the middle of the field. Managed to get some very blurry shots. This was the clearest photo I could get: Loggerhead shrike by Joel Schmidt, on Flickr

Yeah, great lifer! Congrat's. I checked my life list on eBird just now. Turns out I have seen LOSH once before; in Arizona last year.
