Went to Manning today after a visit to Eagle Point Park so I arrived in the late morning. The Columbian Ground Squirrels were plentiful and it appears that there are a lot of young just judging by their size. At the Cascade Lookout there were Yellow-pine Chipmunks and Cascade Golden-mantled Ground Squirrels. Also saw a Red Squirrel on the way up. At the Beaver Pond there were a handful of Columbian Spotted Frogs.
