Is that possibly a Black-throated Gray Warbler? They tend to be early arrivers.

I don't see the right face pattern for a black-throated gray. It looks like a normal Audubon's warbler to me, just from an unusual angle. It lacks the white "eyebrow" of a Myrtle warbler, but it does appear have the yellow throat patch, the broad white wing bar and the eye arcs of an Audubon's. The streaking on the sides also fits, though I don't think that is normal for an adult male.

Joel, the yellow on the side is also right for a yellow-rumped warbler. You probably have a female Audubon's here.
