Basket Nest identification

Hi
When the leaves fell off of our backyard trees, we noticed this basket nest nicely weaved with grasses and reeds. We live about 2 kilometres northwest of the Cheam Wetlands.

Bullock's oriole?

We did see an oriole this spring, but we never saw the building of the nest. Do you think it was used this summer? Are orioles very secretive as we rarely saw them?
