[a I wonder if your Mourning Dove may be a Band-tailed Pigeon. The black-tipped yellow bill is a field mark for this species.

I put it as Mourning Dove because the back was black or dark grey which matched my bird book however i could be wrong. Also there were about a dozen that flew over my house .

Mourning doves probably wouldn’t move by in those numbers. There are very few around. What to look for on those is a delicate small body, spots on the back/wings and unique pointed tail pattern. They tend to be more light brown than grey. They are quite small compared to the other pigeons and doves here. I was wondering if this was a Eurasian Collared Dove, but it could be a Band-tailed Pigeon too. It’s hard to tell from the front alone.

That's for sure a Band-tailed Pigeon. The yellow bill with black tip alone confirms it!

I like the fuchsia plant your hummingbird is visiting. Do you happen to know the name of it?

I will see if i have a tag from the one`s that i planted, the Hummingbirds are on these from August till the first frost kills the flowers. I planted 3 in my yard and they took to them right away.
