Swainsons Thrush Identification

I believe this is a Swainson's Thrush but would like to confirm. This bird is living in our back bush but loves to use the birdbath and eat flying bugs and worms from the leaves on our trees.

I think it is one yes. A Hermit Thrush is another option but the spots would be darker. Nice bird to have in the yard!
