here is the dates and contacts for the christmas bird counts in our area:

chilliwack : dec . 17 janne perrin @ 796 9182
harrison/agassiz : dec 28 denis knopp @ 858 5141
central valley/ abbotsford : dec 31 lynn miller @ 826 3839

people are always needed for these counts, so if you can, get out there and count some birds; plus it is a heck of alot of fun.
