I am posting this on my Dad's behalf.
At Jack Delair's farm in Hope this morning, my dad found a Sage Thrasher! Second record for the checklist area. Pictures and more details to come later!

Hope Airport always seems to turn up some good rarities particularly during Spring Migration.
Looking forward to the pictures.

Thanks, Jamie! Here are some pictures. Made getting up early this morning worth it! I first found it on the shed behind the barn then it went out into the field and perched on the fence posts. Good to see Todd and Pablo afterwards. Nice meeting you, Pablo. Glad you guys saw it as well. Other birds of note were a pair of Mourning Doves and a Chipping Sparrow. Jack reports three Yellow-headed Blackbirds the last few days.

Great bird Gord. Maybe I will check it out. Where was it exactly?

Cameron, it was initially behind the barn at the end of the little driveway through the field. It got active and moved around the field afterwards though.
