Hi fellow birders. I did a sweep of the Abbotsford side of Glen Valley and found lots of sparrows, three raptors and the two Mountain Bluebirds still foraging on and along Marsh-McCormick Road at about 2:30 pm (today, Thursday). Beautiful birds! Good birding everyone, John Vooys, Abbotsford.

Both Mountain Bluebirds are still there as of 8:15 am, Nov 15th, as are at least 3 Northern Harriers and several small flocks of Trumpeter swans. A scope might help to scan the large flocks of mixed ducks on the cranberry field/ponds on the NE corner of Lefebvre and Marsh McCormack.

I looked twice today and didn't see them. Maybe they left ahead of the storm yesterday?
I'll check again tomorrow
