Updated the list and added Red-necked Grebe from Hope.
We should be getting our first flycatchers arriving.

Adding Pacific Slope Flycatcher from today at Macdonald Park, and Western Kingbird from today at the Vedder Canal. Nice! I had my first PS flycatcher yesterday morning at my place in Abbotsford as well!

I had a pleasant 5 warbler day at my place today and I can add Wilson's and Townsend's Warblers. I also had Yellow-rumped, Common Yellowthroat, and Orange-crowned (FOY for me as well).

Updated the list. A few missing ones still. A quiet month for shorebirds. I think the mostly dry fields played a factor in that.

I can add: Sharp-shinned Hawk from April 23 (0 ave by Lefeuvre on FV side) Long-billed Dowitcher from April 23 (Matsqui Flats) Also, I’m pretty sure I saw a report from Ed of a Northern Pygmy Owl at some point in April.

Sorry, a pair of Spotted Sandpipers west of the Mission Bridge at Matsqui Trail Park, I thought I had posted it.
