Joel, I think that's a very strong candidate for a Glaucous Gull. Do you have any other photos? Watch for the bill having a dark tip that is sharply defined with the paler part. The photo does seem to show there's some dark tip to the bill!

Unfortunately those are the only photos I have of that bird. Hopefully it sticks around for other birders to see it.

Glaucous-winged at this time of year wouldn't no but can be faded in the summer when feathers are old. A leucistic gull is possible.
I forgot to mention it would be a young bird, probably first or second year if a Glaucous Gull. I hope someone does spot it again.
