I have a new blog with some pictures of bears in the Bella Coola area and a pretty bad shot of the Yellow-browed Warbler seen last Sunday in Victoria. lenanddiansadventures.blogspot.com

Great blog post Len! Nice pics too.
If possible, I would have been right next to you for the Yellow-browned experience but I’m at a stage in life where I can’t just up and go too easily anymore! Maybe the bird will stick around for a bit, although this weekend is filling up too quickly as well!
Congrats on great experiences. Thanks for sharing.

Great post!
I'm headed to Victoria Thursday evening for a presentation and making a weekend out of it visiting my brother and his family. Really hoping it sticks around until Friday!

Len, nice blog as usual. John, Joel, Larry and I took the early ferry today and found our frenetic little warbler about 30 min after arriving. My photo is a tiny black bird shaped silhouette. We all had adequate views taking note of all features. Kudos to the guys who discovered it, if you get there you’ll know why✌🏼 Ed

We didn't find it on Saturday so stayed the night and got it Sunday AM in the rain.

Hi Len. I saw that you had been to see the Yellow-browed Warbler and that you got it! You've read Ed's report of our trip and your photo was as good as most of the looks we got of the bird! John V.
