The first I think is a female or immature male Wilson's Warbler, can anyone confirm:Warbler by Neal, on Flickr Warbler by Neal, on Flickr The second is what I thought was a female House Finch, but the yellowish bill and a bit of yellow tinge in the feathers has me unsure. I ruled out a Pine Siskin because of the bill. Finch by Neal, on Flickr Thanks for any help you can give me. Cheers.

The first one has been identified as an Orange-crowned Warbler.

Yes I agree with orange-crowned warbler. Not sure on the second one...how about a young cowbird?
