My brother, who some of you know from hiking Cheam, is living in China. He has a new camera and sent me some pictures of birds around his place. Since we haven't had anything too rare posted lately, I thought these might give you some asian rarities to keep your eyes open for. Had fun looking at those! That warbler almost looks like an arctic warbler or some other 'Old World' warbler.
Your brother was telling me how common wagtails are there. Must be unreal to go somewhere new where birds you'd spend a considerable amount of effort to go see here are something you see many times a day over there.
